abstract | The invention relates to a polyamide nanofiltration composite membrane and a preparation process thereof. The invention is characterized in that the inhibitor containing a single reactive group is introduced into the organic phase, and the inhibitor only can react with polyamine monomer but cannot form a three-dimensional cross-linking structure due to only a single reactive group, so that the growth of polyamide chains is inhibited, and the reticular structure of a polyamide active separation layer is changed; meanwhile, hydrophilic groups are generated in the reaction process of the inhibitor and the polyamine monomer, so that the chemical property and the surface characteristic of the polyamide active separation layer are changed, and finally, the salt-water separation performance, namely the osmotic selectivity, of the polyamide nanofiltration composite membrane is greatly improved. The modification method has obvious effect, does not need subsequent treatment process, and is easy to realize industrial amplification and large-scale production application. |
