abstract | The invention provides an automatic boiling process of a solid donkey-hide gelatin raw material, which comprises the following steps: the feeding device arranged on the barrel component operates to continuously guide solid donkey-hide gelatin raw materials into the storage barrel, meanwhile, the stirring device arranged on the mounting frame operates to preheat the working surface of the lower cover plate and continuously provide heat to melt the solid donkey-hide gelatin raw materials on the working surface of the lower cover plate, then, the stirring device operates continuously to stir the melted donkey-hide gelatin in the boiling process, meanwhile, the filtering device arranged on the barrel component operates to filter and discharge impurities contained in the boiled donkey-hide gelatin, the stirring device operates and continuously monitors the concentration of the donkey-hide gelatin in the storage barrel through concentration testing equipment electrically connected with the stirring device, and when the concentration testing equipment detects that the concentration of the donkey-hide gelatin reaches a preset value, the discharging device operates to guide out the donkey-hide gelatin in the storage barrel; after the donkey-hide gelatin is boiled, a cleaning mechanism of the filtering device operates and introduces high-pressure tap water into the barrel component for cleaning. |
