The invention discloses a waste heat utilization system and method of a heating boiler. The waste heat of exhaust smoke at the tail of the boiler and the stable low temperature of the winter environment are used to maintain a stable high temperature difference between the cold end and the hot end of a thermoelectric power generation device, thereby generating electric energy. The DC confluence and inverter perform constant frequency and constant pressure on the electric energy to provide stable, high-efficiency and clean power for the plant; the waste heat from the tail exhaust belongs to the waste heat of the boiler, and the cold source of the cold end depends on the cooling water tank and the built-in cooling medium of the cooler. The cooling fan can complete the cooling effect, further improving the energy utilization efficiency, simple and efficient, safe and environmentally friendly, and no pollutant emissions. |
