abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a moisture-absorbing quick-drying warm composite yarn, which comprises the following steps: s1, providing polyester filament with a special-shaped cross section and containing far infrared ceramic powder, and performing false twisting treatment on the polyester filament; s2, feeding the false-twisted polyester filaments with the special-shaped cross sections and wool yarns into texturing equipment, and performing solution blowing spinning in the texturing equipment to enable the surfaces of the polyester filaments with the special-shaped cross sections and the wool yarns to be coated with moisture absorption coating layers consisting of wool keratin nanofibers; meanwhile, the polyester filaments with the special-shaped cross sections are wrapped on the wool yarns under the action of spinning airflow; and S3, carrying out heat setting treatment on the yarn obtained in the step S2 to obtain the moisture-absorbing, quick-drying and warm-feeling composite yarn. The moisture-absorbing, quick-drying and warm-feeling composite yarn has quicker moisture-absorbing and moisture-conducting performance, can ensure that a human body has no cool touch after sweating, and can be applied to the field of sports warm-keeping clothes such as mountaineering wear, ski wear and the like. |
