The invention provides a composite preparation mode of cold pressing, heat treatment and thermoplastic pressing, aluminum powder tissues in the obtained laminated high-strength aluminum alloy plate become nearly flaky, a laminated brick structure is formed by mutual overlapping, the average hardness can reach 47HV, and the bending deformation resistance and the shrinkage resistance of the plate are improved.
