abstract | The invention provides novel rubber and plastic waste gas collecting and treating equipment, which comprises a wind collecting cover, an oil washing storage tank, an absorption tower, a water spray tower, an activated carbon absorber and an air outlet pipe, wherein the air collecting cover is arranged on the air collecting storage tank; the air collecting cover is connected to the air suction main pipe; an air inlet is formed in the bottom of the absorption tower, an air outlet is formed in the top of the absorption tower, an oil inlet is formed in the position, close to the air outlet, of the tower body of the absorption tower, an oil outlet is formed below the air inlet, an oil outlet of the wash oil storage tank is connected with an oil inlet of the absorption tower through a pipeline, and an oil inlet of the wash oil storage tank is connected with an oil outlet of the absorption tower through a pipeline; the air outlet of the absorption tower is connected with the air inlet of the water spray tower through a pipeline, the air outlet of the water spray tower is connected with the air inlet of the activated carbon absorber, and the air outlet of the activated carbon absorber is connected with the air outlet pipe. The collected rubber waste gas is firstly treated by washing oil in an absorption tower, the washing oil is used as a solvent, the waste gas is directly washed, and naphthalene and benzene organic matters in the waste gas are removed. |
