titleOfInvention Method for preparing protective wound dressing
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of medicine and health, in particular to a protective wound dressing which is characterized by being obtained by carrying out electrostatic spinning on spinning solution containing the following two-part composition: composition I consisting of a beta-cyclodextrin mixture and an alcohol extract of morinda officinalis; the composition II consists of modified coffee carbon nanoparticles and the toyoxin, wherein the beta-cyclodextrin mixture comprises a chitosan/beta-cyclodextrin complex and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin in a weight ratio of 1: 0.25-0.33, and the hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin comprises hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin with a substitution degree of 4.55 and HP-beta-CD with a substitution degree of 7.76. The dressing has the advantages of high imbibition capacity, strong bacteriostatic ability, rapid wound healing, scar hyperplasia prevention, reduction of pigmentation near the wound, synergistic rapid wound healing and scar removing and whitening effects.
