The disulfide bond contained in cystamine can be broken under the action of active oxygen and converted into sulfinic acid, so that the structure of hydrogel is damaged, the function of intelligently releasing the medicine can be exerted in the atherosclerosis part which generates more active oxygen substances, the sudden release of the medicine in the pathological change part is avoided, and the risks of intravascular restenosis, delayed endothelial healing, late thrombus and the like are hopefully reduced. |
