titleOfInvention Thermoplastic polyvinyl alcohol film with low alcoholysis degree for barrier and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention provides a thermoplastic polyvinyl alcohol film with low alcoholysis degree for barrier use, and a preparation method and application thereof. By adopting a thermoplastic low alcoholysis degree polyvinyl alcohol film for barrier use, it contains the following components: low alcoholysis degree polyvinyl alcohol and a thermoplastic agent, and the mass ratio of the low alcoholysis degree polyvinyl alcohol to the thermoplastic agent is (70 ~ 95): (5 ~ 30); it is characterized in that the polyvinyl alcohol with low alcoholysis degree of the mixture of one or more mixtures with a degree of polymerization of 800 to 3000 and a degree of alcoholysis of 80 to 89 mol% used in the film. The technical solution is that the obtained film has a single-layer barrier, and the oxygen transmission rate under the humidity of 50% is lower than the oxygen transmission rate of the single-layer film obtained by casting or blowing the thermoplastic polyvinyl alcohol with the same component of thermoplastic low alcoholysis degree. More than 60%, can be used in food packaging film and other fields.
