abstract | The invention discloses a quantitative determination method for specific IgG antibodies in plasma, which belongs to the field of antibody detection. The method includes: 1) dividing a plasma sample into 2 groups as test plasma and to-be-treated control plasma; 2) incubating with excess antigen and to-be-treated control plasma to neutralize the antibody to be tested therein to obtain control plasma; 3) Take the plasma to be tested and the control plasma as samples, bind them to the corresponding antigens connected to the solid-phase carrier, and use the antigen-antibody complex to combine with IgG antibodies and signal molecules successively to generate quantifiable data. Subtract the quantitative data to obtain the detection data; 4) Take thousands of mixed plasma as the standard substance, dilute to different concentrations to make a standard curve according to 1) to 3); 5) Substitute the detection data of the sample to be tested into the standard curve to obtain Plasma specific IgG antibody content. The assay method of the present invention can exclude the influence of non-specific binding, and the detection result is reliable. |
