titleOfInvention A sample heating and post-cooling device for detecting the decomposition gas of propellant
abstract The invention discloses a sample heating and post-cooling device for detecting the decomposition gas of propellant, comprising a tank body, a cap, a cooling pipe, a gas extraction port and a heating furnace. The tank body is a drum body with a heat-conducting column inside, and the cap has an air hole, and the cap and the tank body are assembled into a sample tank by tightening the thread. The left end of the spring-shaped cooling pipe is connected with the air hole of the cap of the sample tank, and the right end of the cooling pipe is connected with the sampling port. Put the sample canister containing the propellant into the heating hole of the heating furnace, heat it at 90 ℃ for 3h, and extract the gas in the sample canister for detection. Compared with the original device, the device of the present invention has the advantages of uniform heating of the sample, fast heating rate of the sample, and rapid cooling of the decomposition gas to be detected, which improves the precision of the detection result and reduces the heating and post-cooling time of the sample.
