titleOfInvention | An electrochemiluminescence aptamer sensor for specific detection of chloramphenicol and its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention provides an electrochemiluminescence aptamer sensor for specific detection of chloramphenicol, a preparation method and application thereof, and specifically belongs to the field of electrochemiluminescence detection. Including: (1) preparation of black phosphorus-doped PTC-NH 2 composite (BP/PTC-NH 2 ) and Co-Ni/MOF; (2) preparation of electrochemiluminescence aptamer sensor; (3) BP/PTC-NH 2 and Co-Ni/MOF were co-modified on the surface of glassy carbon electrode to improve the sensitivity and stability of electrochemiluminescence, and then the electrochemiluminescence aptamer sensor could be obtained by loading the aptamer. It specifically recognizes chloramphenicol, with a detection range of 1.0×10 ‑13 mol/L~1.0×10 ‑6 mol/L, and a minimum detection limit of 2.9×10 ‑14 mol/L. The invention has high sensitivity, strong specificity and simple operation for detecting chloramphenicol. |
