An environmentally friendly water-based graphene heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating, comprising A component and B component; A component includes the following substances by weight: 20-40 parts of water-based resin, 10-20 parts of modified graphene oxide dispersion, and 10 parts of filler. ~20 parts, 8-15 parts of zinc phosphate, 8-15 parts of fumed silica, and 10-15 parts of deionized water; component B includes the following substances by weight: 20-30 parts of non-ionic self-emulsifying curing agent, 3-8 parts of dispersant, 3-8 parts of defoamer, 3-5 parts of wetting agent, 3-8 parts of leveling agent, 3-5 parts of cosolvent and 1-3 parts of pH adjuster. The environment-friendly water-based graphene heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating prepared by the invention has excellent adhesion, flexibility and impact resistance, as well as good resistance to salt spray, thereby improving the anti-corrosion effect of the entire coating.
