abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of dye intermediates, in particular to a cleaning process for synthesizing 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone, comprising the following steps: sequentially adding metered proportions of 98% sulfuric acid, boric anhydride, phthalic anhydride and Hydroquinone, stir evenly and then heat up to 100~180°C, and keep the reaction for 2~24h; after the insulation reaction is over, cool down the material and transfer it to another reaction vessel for hydrolysis; after the hydrolysis is completed, cool down, filter and wash with water to obtain 1 , 4-dihydroxyanthraquinone. The cleaning process for synthesizing 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone provided by the invention can reduce the consumption of raw material phthalic anhydride, greatly reduce the difficulty of wastewater treatment, and also reduce the production cost; rate has also improved. |
