abstract | The invention provides a tetragonal phase nano-composite zirconia powder, a preparation method thereof, a sintered body, and a preparation method and application of the sintered body. The general chemical formula of the tetragonal nanocomposite zirconia powder is ZrEr a Ce b Pr c O d , 0.005≤a≤0.1, 0.01≤b≤0.15, 0≤c≤0.08, d=(4+3a+4b+3c )/2. The preparation method sequentially includes co-precipitation, water washing, drying and roasting, and the preparation process is simple, mild, and environmentally friendly. The preparation method of the sintered body is as follows: the tetragonal phase nanocomposite zirconia powder is made into a pre-sintered body, and then the pre-sintered body is placed in a reducing gas mixture containing H 2 and N 2 for sintering. In the sintered body, the molar ratio of Ce 3+ to Ce 4+ is (0.05-20):1. The sintered body has high density, is not easy to age at low temperature, and can control the color through the sintering process, and is widely used. |
