abstract | The invention discloses a polycarboxylate water reducing agent, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of methallyl polyoxyethylene ether, 5-12 parts of acrylic acid, 1-2 parts of initiator, reduction 0.1-0.3 parts of agent, 2-4 parts of chain transfer agent, 2-5 parts of pH regulator and 130-150 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polycarboxylate water reducing agent and its application in Portland cement or concrete using Portland cement as a cementitious material. The polycarboxylate water reducing agent of the present invention has high dispersion and high slump performance, and can solve the problems of reverse growth of concrete slump and even bleeding on some construction sites. |
