abstract | The invention belongs to the field of water treatment, and relates to a filtering membrane based on a silver ion antibacterial function and a preparation method thereof. The bacteriostatic filtering membrane provided by the invention is formed by compounding two supporting layers and a functional layer. The support layer is a non-woven fabric mainly made of polypropylene, and the functional layer main body is a polyacrylonitrile fiber membrane prepared by electrostatic spinning. The nano-silver particles and the dispersing agent are added into the electrostatic spinning solution for blending, or silver nitrate and a reducing agent are sprayed in the electrostatic spinning process, and the silver nitrate performs a reduction reaction to enable a large number of nano-silver particles to be attached to the surface of the fiber. The prepared functional layer containing the nano silver particles can release silver ions with a sterilization effect during filtering, and the functions of sterilization and bacteriostasis are achieved. The bacteriostatic filtering membrane provided by the invention also has the advantages of direct use, portability and replacement, and can be widely applied to the fields of household drinking water, field exploration, fruit juice sterilization and concentration and the like. |
