The invention discloses a cellulase system capable of improving the conversion rate of corn cellulose to prepare a saccharification solution. It is a composite cellulose prepared by taking Penicillium oxalate enzyme system as the main enzyme system and adding xylanase and arabinofuranosidase. An enzyme system; or a composite cellulase system prepared by further adding one or both of α-galactosidase and ferulic acid esterase on the basis of the above; wherein, the composite cellulase system is made of filter paper Penicillium oxalate enzyme system with enzyme activity not lower than 5FPU/mL, xylanase enzyme activity not lower than 500U/mL, arabinofuranosidase enzyme activity not lower than 50U/mL, enzyme activity not lower than 100U/mL mL of α-galactosidase and ferulic acid esterase with an enzyme activity of not less than 5 U/mL are prepared in a volume ratio of 1000:100-200:10-20:0-20:0-20. Compared with the starting enzyme system, the product of the invention improves the ethanol yield per unit of corn, realizes the high-efficiency conversion from corn to fuel ethanol, and at the same time, the vinasse protein obtained after ethanol distillation is greatly improved, which is favorable for processing into high-quality feed. |
