titleOfInvention Acid ester polyurethane curing agent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an acid ester polyurethane curing agent which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-10 parts of a first component and 0.3-0.5 part of a second component; the acid ester polyurethane curing agent is prepared by the following steps: the first step, preparing a first component; step two, preparing a second component; and thirdly, mixing the first component and the second component to obtain the acid ester polyurethane curing agent. The hindered phenol structure in the first component is more susceptible to proton donation, i.e., provides a more favorable reaction to form phenolic oxygen radicals, which makes the structure relatively stable against further oxidation. The hindered amine structure in the second component inhibits the photo-oxidative degradation reaction through various ways such as capturing free radicals, decomposing hydroperoxides, and transferring the energy of excited molecules.
