titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method of paper-based double perovskite solar cell
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a paper-based flexible double perovskite solar cell, which belongs to the field of energy. The method includes the following contents: modifying cellulose paper with gold nanoparticles to prepare a conductive paper substrate - using vacuum vapor deposition to prepare a hole transport layer - using continuous vacuum vapor deposition to prepare a Cs 2 AgBiCl 6 double perovskite light absorbing layer - using Coater prepares C 60 electron transport layer, bath copper bell hole blocking layer and Cu/Au transparent top electrode. The characteristics of this method are that paper materials with low cost, abundant raw materials, environmental friendliness, good biocompatibility, high flexibility, and easy chemical modification are used as the substrate, and are non-toxic, narrow band gap, long carrier lifetime and good stability. The Cs 2 AgBiCl 6 double perovskite material was used as the light absorption layer, and a paper-based flexible double perovskite solar cell was successfully constructed using a hole transport layer-double perovskite light absorption layer-electron transport layer sandwich structure. The method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, non-toxicity and environmental protection.
