titleOfInvention Two-electron trap-assisted organic photomultiplier detector and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of organic photomultiplier detectors, and discloses an organic photomultiplier detector assisted by a double electron trap and a preparation method thereof. The detector comprises an anode layer, an anode modification layer, an active layer and a cathode layer arranged in sequence, Wherein, the active layer is a poly-3-hexylthiophene:phenyl- C70 -methyl butyrate material doped with ZnO nanoparticles, namely P3HT: PC70BM :ZnO NPs. In the invention, the inorganic ZnO nanoparticles that can be used as electron traps are incorporated into the active layer solution containing the electron acceptor organic photomultiplier detector to form double electron traps. Due to the immiscibility of the particle solution and the original P3HT:PC 70 BM solution, a dual-electron trap-assisted high-performance organic photomultiplier detector was realized, which improved the performance of the device.
