abstract The invention discloses a method for increasing a fecal parasite data set based on a Poisson fusion algorithm. First, a picture of a parasite egg slide specimen is collected by a microscope, a picture processing tool is used to intercept the parasite egg area to obtain a parasite egg picture, and a corresponding mask is generated. Then use a microscope to collect fecal sample pictures; finally, use Poisson fusion algorithm to fuse the eggs pictures with the fecal sample pictures to generate fecal parasite pictures. This method can quickly and cost-effectively generate a large number of fecal image datasets containing parasite eggs, paving the way for the AI parasite identification algorithm of automatic stool inspection equipment.
