abstract |
Electronic devices including light sources and time-of-flight sensors, and light detection and ranging systems are provided. The electronic device includes: a time-of-flight (ToF) sensor that includes a pixel array; a light source that emits light signals; and an optical device that projects the light signals to a plurality of pixel blocks of an object that respectively correspond to pixels including the pixels of the pixel array area. Each pixel includes a plurality of taps, each tap including a phototransistor, a first pass transistor connected to the phototransistor, a storage element connected to the first pass transistor, a second pass transistor connected to the storage element, a second pass transistor connected to the storage element A connected floating diffusion and a readout circuit connected to the floating diffusion. The overflow transistor is disposed adjacent to the phototransistor and connected to the supply voltage. |
