abstract | The invention discloses a method for quantitatively analyzing nano plastic particles based on a transmission electron microscope, which comprises the following steps: diluting and ultrasonically dispersing the samples, and dripping the samples on a supporting film to obtain various samples to be detected; firstly, carrying out qualitative analysis on a sample to be detected through a transmission electron microscope; carrying out quantitative analysis on a sample to be detected through a transmission electron microscope; and counting the number of the nano plastic particles existing in the nano plastic particles. The invention can perform statistics and quantitative analysis after qualitative analysis is completed in an EDS mode by means of a transmission electron microscope and combining with an energy spectrum technology of a TEM, the deviation between the number of the nano plastic particles obtained by statistics and a standard original value by using the quantitative analysis method is within 10 times, and the principle of the statistical method is met. The method is simple, convenient to operate, short in time consumption, good in practicability and repeatability, and reliable in quantitative analysis of the nano plastic particles in various solutions. |
