The invention discloses a quantitative detection method for free amino acids in clinical samples, which belongs to the field of analysis and detection. The method uses acidified methanol solution to extract free amino acids in clinical samples, and then changes the properties of amino acids by derivatizing carboxyl groups with alcohols. Deuterated reagent-derived amino acids replace deuterated amino acids as internal standards to facilitate chromatographic separation and mass spectrometry quantitative detection. The method is simple to operate, can realize the basic separation of amino acids in a short time, greatly reduces the interference of the matrix, has low cost and good specificity, and can be used for the quantitative detection of free amino acids in clinical samples. |
