The invention discloses the isolation and application of a virulent Vibrio parahaemolyticus bacteriophage vB_VpP_FE11. The bacteriophage vB_VpP_FE11 can survive when the temperature is less than 70°C and the pH value is 4 to 11. In aquaculture environments, pH conditions are generally neutral or slightly acidic. The Vibrio parahaemolyticus phage vB_VpP_FE11 of the present invention can lyse 35 strains of 133 food-borne Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains, and the lysis rate is 26.3%, indicating that the phage is a potent phage and has a broad spectrum. And verify the ability of phage to split bacteria in vitro, and prepare new biological bactericidal preparations, which can effectively prevent and control Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection, and solve the drug resistance problem faced by the current antibiotic treatment of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. |
