titleOfInvention | A high heat-resistant liquid crystal polymer |
abstract | The present invention provides a high heat-resistant liquid crystal polymer, which uses 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid and bis(4-phenol)-1,2-acetylene as functional monomers, and 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid as functional monomers. It is copolymerized from high temperature resistant monomers and can be used in small pitch electronic connectors, with excellent dielectric properties, temperature resistance and dimensional stability. The melting point of the high heat-resistant liquid crystal polymer obtained by the present invention is higher than 330° C., and it is an excellent electronic connector material. It also has a very low thermal expansion coefficient at the soldering temperature and can maintain dimensional stability. |
