A co-delivered nanomedicine that can precisely control the ratio of combined drugs and its application |
abstract |
The invention discloses a co-delivery nano-drug that can precisely control the ratio of the combined drugs. For the combination of two or more drugs with a synergistic ratio requirement, stimuli-responsive monomers containing the drugs are separately synthesized, and then separately combined with polyethylene glycol. The alcohol chain transfer agent is polymerized to obtain a corresponding stimulus-responsive amphiphilic polymer prodrug; the polymer prodrug uses a polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether block as a hydrophilic end, and a drug-containing polymer block as a Hydrophobic end; the co-delivered nano-drug is formed by self-assembly of two or more polymer prodrugs in water according to a specific ratio; the co-delivered nano-drug can maintain a specific ratio range of the combined drug in vivo. The invention can not only freely regulate the drug loading ratio of the combined drug, but also maintain the proportion of the combined drug in the body, and solve the problem of poor curative effect caused by the uncontrollable dose ratio and in vivo distribution of the traditional small molecule drug combination therapy. |
