abstract |
The present invention provides the application of PCNA autoantibodies as markers in the preparation of products for cancer prediction, diagnosis or prognosis evaluation, wherein the PCNA autoantibodies are IgG antibodies, and the cancer is nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The present invention detects by ELISA method and finds that the concentration of PCNA IgG in the blood of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients is 1.72 times that of healthy people, and the difference has significant statistical significance. |
