abstract | The invention particularly discloses a preparation method of a 3D nano composite material immunosensor based on AuNPs/MXene @ PAMAM. The invention uses a novel graphite-like two-dimensional material Ti 3 C 2 T χ And (2) grafting a generation of polyamidoamine dendrimer by using MXene as a core, self-assembling and adsorbing gold nanoparticles to prepare an AuNPs/MXene @ PAMAM nano system with a three-dimensional structure and a large specific surface area, and fixing a sulfhydrylation antibody on the AuNPs as a biological recognition molecule through a one-step method so as to construct the electrochemical immunosensor. The electrochemical immunosensor prepared by the method has a wider detection range, a lower detection limit and excellent stability in the detection process of the cardiac troponin T. The invention provides a simple and rapid immunosensor preparation strategy, is suitable for preparation of various biomarker immunosensors, and has wide application prospects in scientific research and clinic. |
