titleOfInvention | Method and Application of Using Nuclear Spin Singlet to Realize Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Object |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for realizing magnetic resonance imaging of a target object by using a nuclear spin singlet state. The characteristic that the nuclear spin singlet state is not affected by a pulse gradient field is used in the preparation of the nuclear spin coupling system of the target object. After the nuclear spin singlet, apply a pulsed gradient field to the target object to disperse other magnetic resonance signals except the target nuclear spin singlet state, and maintain the target nuclear spin singlet signal, thereby realizing the detection of the target object. Selective detection of target NMR signals; use of nuclear spin singlets to achieve magnetic resonance imaging of targets. The method for selective detection of target objects using nuclear spin singlet states described in the present invention has good accuracy, sensitivity and selectivity, can eliminate the interference of other substance signals, and can be accurately detected from systems with complex components. The signal of the target molecule has important application value in the fields of biology, medicine, chemistry, chemical industry and the like. |
