abstract | The invention discloses a double PCR primer, a method and application for identifying the small round chest beetle insect. The double PCR primers for the identification of the small round chest beetle insects include primers XdCOIF, XdCOIR, Xd16SF and Xd16SR, and their nucleotide sequences are shown in SEQ ID NO.1 to SEQ ID NO.4 in turn. The primers provided by the present invention have the characteristics of high amplification efficiency and strong specificity. Using the primers designed by the present invention and the double PCR method can not only ensure the high accuracy rate of the identification of Beetle, but also reduce the consumption of DNA samples. The identification time can be significantly shortened, and the limitation problem of the previous identification of the small round-chested beetle based on the morphological features is overcome, and it is suitable for the identification of the small round-chested beetle insect. |
