abstract | The invention relates to the field of molecular biology, in particular to a relative quantitative kit for primate DNA methylation. The kit comprises: a) juvenile zebrafish DNA or zebrafish DNA without CpG sites, and b) DNA quantitative detection reagents comprising at least reagents for quantitative detection of a); the young zebra fish is the zebra fish which grows for less than 120 hours from the formation of fertilized eggs. The kit can realize accurate quantification of primate DNA methylation, and avoids the problem that endogenous reference is easy to be unstable or polluted by genome DNA caused by self factors or sample collection reasons. |
