titleOfInvention | Strong tin-oxide-resistant ink and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a strong tin oxide resistance ink and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of ink preparation. The tin ink with strong tin resistance comprises silane modified epoxy resin, acrylate resin, inorganic filler, photoinitiator, high-temperature curing resin, auxiliary agent and solvent. Wherein the silane-modified epoxy resin is obtained by modifying an epoxy resin with an epoxy type silane coupling agent. The preparation method of the ink comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing and grinding silane modified epoxy resin, acrylate resin with different functionalities, a photoinitiator, a solvent, an auxiliary agent and an inorganic filler to obtain an agent A; uniformly dispersing the high-temperature curing resin and the solvent, and then grinding and uniformly dispersing to obtain a B agent; and uniformly stirring the agent A and the agent B to obtain the tin ink with strong resistance. The strong tin-oxide-resistant ink is applied to the manufacture of PCB circuit boards. The ink disclosed by the invention has strong tin resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and also has a long storage period and good stability. |
