abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of organic silicon polymer film materials, and particularly relates to a high-temperature-resistant phenyl silicone rubber film material and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant phenyl silicone rubber film material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polydimethyl diphenyl siloxane, 10-60 parts of hydrophobic fumed silica, 5-20 parts of a plasticizer, 30-80 parts of a cross-linking agent, 5-50 parts of a titanate catalyst, 0.1-5 parts of an organic tin catalyst and 5-15 parts of a silane coupling agent. The material is prepared by taking hydroxyl-terminated polydimethyl diphenyl siloxane as a main raw material and adopting a room temperature vulcanization process and coating a room temperature vulcanization molding film, has good high temperature resistance and room temperature vulcanization molding performance, and has high hardness, high tear strength, high elongation and excellent mechanical properties.
