The high-rigidity high-heat-conductivity polyphenylene sulfide composite material with stable performance is prepared by utilizing the good fluidity of polyphenylene sulfide, adding reinforcing fibers and minerals and assisting with auxiliaries and carrying out blending, melting and modifying. The polyphenylene sulfide modified composite material prepared by the invention has the thermal conductivity coefficient as high as 10W/M.K, simultaneously has extremely high rigidity, good strength and toughness, excellent dimensional stability and creep resistance, and excellent hydrolysis resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and can be widely applied to the fields of electronic and electric products, aerospace and chemical processing.
