abstract The invention provides a scaffold that is resistant to aging and is not easily brittle and a preparation method thereof. The preparation raw materials of the scaffold include nano calcium sulfate whiskers, mica powder, glass fiber filaments, polyacrylonitrile fibers, polyurethane modified epoxy resin, dimethyl Acetamide, 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, pigment, dye dispersant, diaminodiphenylmethane as curing agent. The scaffold preparation raw material of the present invention is prepared by adding 2,4-toluene diisocyanate to prepare a polyurethane prepolymer with an isocyanurate six-membered ring, and then using it to prepare a modified epoxy resin, forming a new type of interpenetrating network structure. The high-toughness grouting material modified epoxy resin has high elongation at break; due to the addition of 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone with ultraviolet absorption function, its anti-ultraviolet aging performance is further enhanced. The prepared nano calcium sulfate whisker further improves its flexibility and bending strength.
