The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) synthesizing SBS molecules with active end groups; 2) extracting asphaltenes from asphalt, and adopting halogen acylation reaction to obtain asphaltenes with primary halogens; 3) with active end groups The SBS molecule based on the base and the asphaltene with primary chlorine are chemically bonded through amino groups to obtain a surfactant-type physical stabilizer; wherein the order of steps 1), 2), and 3) can be replaced or can be performed simultaneously. The present invention solves the problems that the asphalt stabilizers in the prior art are mostly chemical stabilizers, there are safety risks, the reaction is difficult to control, and the storage stability of the asphalt after adding the asphalt is still poor.
