The present disclosure relates to the technical field of nano-surfactants, and specifically provides an asphalt surfactant-type physical stabilizer and a preparation method and application thereof. The asphalt surfactant type physical stabilizer includes SBS with active end groups and asphaltenes with primary halogens, and the two are linked by amino groups. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) synthesizing SBS molecules with active end groups; 2) extracting asphaltenes from asphalt, and adopting halogen acylation reaction to obtain asphaltenes with primary halogens; 3) with active end groups The SBS molecule based on the base and the asphaltene with primary chlorine are chemically bonded through amino groups to obtain a surfactant-type physical stabilizer; wherein the order of steps 1), 2), and 3) can be replaced or can be performed simultaneously.
