titleOfInvention | Catalyst for reforming alcohols to produce hydrogen and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a catalyst for hydrogen production by alcohol reforming and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of catalytic reforming catalysts. The invention aims to provide a preparation method of an alcohol reforming hydrogen production catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: loading Ni and Co on a carbon nano tube to obtain CNTs loaded with Ni and Co; dispersing CNTs loaded with Ni and Co into water, adding the dispersed CNTs into a mixed aqueous solution containing CTAB and TEA, stirring for 0.5-2 h at 50-70 ℃, then adding TEOS and n-hexane, continuously stirring and reacting for 8-12 h, taking a product, washing, drying and roasting to obtain the alcohol reforming hydrogen production catalyst. The method is simple and controllable, the cost is low, and the catalyst prepared by the method is a high-stability catalytic reforming catalyst with a metal limited domain, can catalyze alcohol reforming to produce hydrogen, and has the advantages of good selectivity, high conversion rate, good stability and long service life of more than 30 h. |
