titleOfInvention Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with anxiety and depression states and application thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with anxiety and depression states and application thereof. The active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with anxiety and depression state comprise the following raw materials in parts by mass: 8-15 parts of radix bupleuri, 15-25 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 10-20 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10-20 parts of poria with hostwood, 10-20 parts of fried white paeony root, 8-15 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 8-15 parts of jasminum grandiflorum and 10-20 parts of corydalis tuber. Clinical tests show that the main curative effect index of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome accompanied with anxiety and depression can obviously relieve (AR) response rate of IBS-D after 4 weeks treatment, the IBS-SSS score is obviously reduced compared with that before treatment, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has definite curative effect on IBS-D with liver depression and spleen deficiency.
