The main components of the additive include: defoamer 3wt%-8wt%, surfactant 5wt%-13wt%, dispersant 2wt%-7wt%, sustained release agent 1wt%-5wt%, functional auxiliary 5wt%- 14wt%, potassium sorbate 1wt%-4wt%. The method for de-plating includes: using a de-plating reagent containing alkali and the additive, and using a wet chemical method to perform de-plating reaction on the silicon solar cells coated with polysilicon or amorphous silicon. The additive provided by the invention is suitable for the process of de-winding and plating polysilicon or amorphous silicon for silicon solar cells, and the additive can protect silicon oxide in the process of de-winding and plating polysilicon or amorphous silicon with alkaline solution, and protect silicon solar cells. The front and/or back are not damaged. |
