abstract The invention discloses a method for measuring cantharidin in feed. The cantharidin in the sample was dispersed in water, extracted with ethanol and dichloromethane, the extract of compound feed and concentrated feed was purified by HLB cartridge, and the extract of additive premixed feed was directly diluted. The samples were separated by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, and the total amount of all-trans cantharidin and cis-cantharidin in the sample was quantified by external standard method. The method can meet the needs of rapid and accurate determination of cis-trans isomers of cantharidin in feed.
