abstract | The invention belongs to the field of diagnostic medicine, and relates to application of beta-amyloid and thioflavin T in preparation of a kit or a device for diagnosing Alzheimer disease; diagnosing alzheimer's disease by: (1) obtaining plasma to be diagnosed; (2) mixing beta-amyloid, thioflavin T, plasma and an optional solvent; (3) incubating the mixture for 15-45 minutes at 25-40 ℃, treating for 5-2 minutes under ultrasound or treating for 40-3 minutes under oscillation, and optionally repeating the incubation-treatment at least once to obtain a product to be detected; (4) detecting fluorescence values of the product to be detected and the blank control by 435-445 nm exciting light and 475-485 nm emitting light; (5) and calculating the ratio of the two fluorescence values, and diagnosing the disease if the ratio is more than or equal to a threshold value, otherwise not. The invention also relates to a device for diagnosing alzheimer's disease. The method has the advantages of small wound, quick diagnosis, accurate and reliable result and contribution to popularization and use. |
