abstract |
The application provides a novel polypeptide with glycerol mono-diacyl ester lipase activity, which comprises the amino acid sequence shown in any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1-3 and 15 or comprises at least one amino acid substitution in the above-mentioned sequence , deleted or added sequences. The present application also provides polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides, expression vectors and host cells containing the polynucleotides. In addition, the present application also relates to the use of the above-mentioned polypeptide having mono-diacylglycerol lipase activity. |
