titleOfInvention | Adherent culture method of cochlear organ of mouse |
abstract | The invention relates to an in vitro adherent culture method of a mouse cochlear spiral organ. The invention screens the extracellular matrix for adherence to obtain the matrix suitable for adherence of the cochlear spiral organ of the mouse. Rat tail gum and polyornithine are used as matrix coating, so that a better adherence effect is obtained, and cells of a cochlear organ of a mouse can survive for 8 days. In addition, in the process of adherent culture, a serum-free culture medium added with thrombin sensitive protein-1 (TSP-1) is used as a supplement, so that a better cell adherent culture effect can be obtained, the inner and outer hair cells of a basilar membrane containing a mouse cochlear spiral organ still keep good morphology in the 8 th day of adherent culture, and the cells still survive in the 10 th day of culture. |
