abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of solid fuel production, in particular to a preparation method of a PMC solid fuel, which comprises the following steps: s1, mixing the raw fuel materials in the raw material bin, feeding the mixture into a screening machine, screening impurities, and feeding the mixture into a grinding dryer; s2, connecting the grinding dryer with the bag-type powder collector, supplying heat to the bag-type powder collector by a hot blast stove, and feeding the fuel raw materials into the bag-type powder collector by a winnowing machine after grinding and drying, wherein the fuel raw materials comprise the following components in parts by mass: 50-70 parts of carbon powder, 10-15 parts of sawmilling powder, 15-25 parts of paraffin, 6-10 parts of 95% alcohol, 10-15 parts of enhanced leavening agent, 10-12 parts of oxidant, 6-8 parts of catalyst, 5-8 parts of modified sulfur-fixing additive, 10-12 parts of smoke suppressor and 35-55 parts of water. The invention not only can improve the sufficiency of the PMC solid fuel during combustion, but also can improve the stability of sulfur fixation products and reduce the pollution rate of sulfur dioxide. |
