abstract The invention provides a starch/PVA composite antibacterial fresh-keeping film and a preparation method thereof. The formulation of the existing starch/PVA-based fresh-keeping film is optimized. The improved composite antibacterial fresh-keeping film is made of the following raw materials by weight: PVA 100 parts, 20-40 parts of starch, 10-20 parts of chitosan, 5-20 parts of plasticizer, 0.5-2 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.5-2 parts of surfactant, 1-3 parts of defoamer, water 200 to 300 copies. It also limits the specific process parameters such as the mixing of raw materials, the order of addition, temperature, and reaction time in the preparation process, which can better adapt to the characteristics of the formula, maximize the effectiveness of various components, and maintain the inside of the plastic wrap. The vegetables and fruits are always in a low humidity environment, and under the action of PVA and chitosan, the reproduction of microorganisms in the film is effectively inhibited, and a composite fresh-keeping film with degradable, excellent antibacterial properties and good mechanical properties is prepared.
