The invention discloses a low-energy-consumption, multi-functional and flame-retardant automobile tire rubber composite material. 10-30 parts by weight of modified natural rubber, 5-14 parts by weight of polyurethane elastomer, 3-9 parts by weight of acetylene carbon black, 2-5 parts by weight of Cu@HNT@MoS 2 -PZE multifunctional wear-resistant flame retardant, elastic 3-6 parts by weight of fiber, 1-3 parts by weight of heat stabilizer, 2-3 parts by weight of silane coupling agent, 1-2.5 parts by weight of anti-scorch agent, 1-2.5 parts by weight of turpentine, and 4-6 parts by weight of accelerator. The invention has good flame retardancy, wear resistance, long fatigue life, good toughness and high strength. |
