titleOfInvention | Impact-resistant polypropylene and its preparation method |
abstract | The invention provides impact-resistant polypropylene and a preparation method thereof. The impact-resistant polypropylene includes a polypropylene phase and an ethylene-propylene copolymer phase, wherein the impact-resistant polypropylene is prepared in the presence of a polymerization catalyst. The polymerization catalyst includes: (1) solid catalyst components, including: magnesium, titanium, halogen and internal electron donor compounds shown in formula I, in formula I, M 1 , M 2 , M 3 , M 4 , M 5 and M 6 are each independently selected from C1-C6 alkoxy; (2) alkylaluminum compound; and (3) external electron donor compound as shown in formula II, in formula II, R' 1 , R' 2 , R' 3 , R' 4 , R' 5 and R' 6 are each independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, C 1 -C 10 alkyl, C 3 -C 10 cycloalkyl, C 6 -C 10 aryl , C 7 ‑C 10 aralkyl and C 7 ‑C 10 alkaryl; R' 7 and R' 8 are each independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, C 1 ‑C 10 alkyl, C 3 ‑C 10 cycloalkane C 6 -C 10 aryl, C 7 -C 10 aralkyl and C 7 -C 10 alkaryl; wherein, the molar ratio of the internal electron donor compound and the external electron donor compound is 1 :0.1~0.5. |
