titleOfInvention Wheat bran layer separation method
abstract The invention discloses a separation method of wheat bran layers, which adopts distilled water and liquid nitrogen at 30-40 ℃ to circularly condition wheat grains, adopts a flexible wheat peeling and cleaning machine after conditioning to obtain 5 different bran structure layers: epidermis, lower epidermis, transverse and tubular cells, seed coat and nucellar tissue, aleurone layer. The separation method is simple and easy to operate, the reagents required by the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, tubular cells and transverse cells in the cortex structure obtained by separation are not separated, seed coats and nucellar layers are separated from other layers, and the obtained aleurone layer contains less intracellular aleurone particles, so that aleurone layer cells with low phytate content can be prepared by the method, and a new thought and technical support is provided for processing and deep development and utilization of wheat milling byproducts.
